The cost model, honestly
There are two very different kinds of cost in this product, and conflating them is how tools in this category end up looking cheaper than they are.
Local analysis costs nothing to run. Content scanning, technical SEO auditing, GEO auditing, topic clustering, crawler inspection and structured-data inspection are deterministic and run inside your WordPress install with no outbound request. No API is called, no content leaves the site, and no per-page or per-scan charge exists — for us or for you. Scan a 20,000-page site every day if your server can take it. That is why Starter can be free rather than a countdown.
AI visibility monitoring costs whatever your provider charges, and that money goes to your provider, not to us. You bring your own key. We ship no keys, resell no API access and proxy nothing through our own infrastructure, so there is no margin on your usage and no reason for us to encourage more of it than you need. The subscription price above buys the software, not tokens.
The practical consequence is that your monitoring bill is under your control and visible on your provider's own dashboard. Sampling more prompts, or sampling each prompt more times, narrows the confidence intervals and costs proportionally more. The plugin shows an estimated cost before and after each run — always labelled as an estimate, and always a floor, because price maps go stale and grounded web-search surcharges are not modelled.

Do I have to pay you for AI usage?
No. Monitoring uses your own provider key and your provider bills you. We never see the traffic and take no cut of it. That is true on every tier, including Agency.
Why is Agency not priced on this page?
Because the number would depend on how many client sites you run, how many prompts you monitor and what limits you need, and a single figure covering all of that would be a guess. Tell us the shape of the work on the contact page and you get a real number.
What does monitoring actually cost?
That depends on your provider's prices, your model, how many prompts you monitor, how many samples you take of each, and how often you run. The plugin estimates the cost before a run so you can size it, and the estimate is a floor. Your provider's dashboard is the authoritative figure.
Which providers are supported?
Only OpenAI is implemented today. Others appear in the interface as not yet available and are not configurable, deliberately, so nothing looks finished that is not.
Will the plugin work if I never add a key?
Yes. Everything except AI visibility monitoring works with no key, no account and no outbound request. See security for what that means in detail.
How do I pay, and is there a refund policy?
